Mobile Truck/Trailer Technician
Now Hiring: Mobile Service Technician
$28–$38/hr | Monthly Bonuses | $7,500 Signing Bonus
FleetPride is seeking an experienced Mobile Service Technician to perform heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs primarily in customer lots using a company-provided service vehicle. After the initial training period, the service truck can be taken home each night.
Shift Options:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 5 days per week
- 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM | 4 days per week
On-call rotation may be required with additional pay.
Compensation & Benefits – Starting Day ONE:
- Pay range: $28–$38/hr (DOE)

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of heavy-duty truck and trailer repair experience preferred.
- HD trailer body repair experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with managers, service writers, and customers.
- Must provide your own tools and toolbox.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Motivated to work efficiently and safely.
Technical skills should include:
Preventative maintenance, air systems, electrical diagnostics and repair, starting systems, air brake systems, wheel ends, coolant systems, trailer flooring, roof and panel repair with riveting, lift gate repair, and other heavy-duty mechanical repairs.
