We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to join our expanding clinical team. Our team of specialized clinicians serves a growing need for advanced wound care in underserved populations.
Position Summary:
As a Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA), you will provide expert wound assessment, treatment, and care planning in patient homes and contracted care facilities across your assigned area. You’ll work autonomously to ensure patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based wound management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to contracted care facilities and patient homes to provide wound assessments, treatment, and follow-up care
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on clinical evaluations
- Perform debridement, application of advanced wound dressings, and other cutting-edge therapeutic procedures
- Educate patients, families, and facility staff on wound prevention and care
- Document care using EHR in compliance with regulatory and billing standards
- Collaborate with our home health and facility partners to coordinate optimal care plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wound care best practices, products, and protocols
- Always maintain open lines of communication with clinical and operational leadership
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP)/ Physician Assistant (PA) license in Oklahoma.
- Board Certification
- Wound care certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain!
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in wound care (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- DEA license or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
