The Mobility & Asset Control Specialist will be responsible for coordinating workforce mobility across project sites in Saudi Arabia, including site access, mobilization, and demobilization in collaboration with HR and PMO teams. The role oversees accommodation and transportation arrangements while ensuring compliance with project and client requirements. Additionally, the position manages and monitors all lease contracts under company agreements. A key aspect of the role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of MEP assets, including electrical testing instruments, calibration tracking, vehicles, consumables, and high-value materials across multiple project locations.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of site personnel in alignment with HR and PMO requirements
- Manage accommodation requests, including allocation and room assignments for site staff
- Handle transportation arrangements for staff and equipment between project sites
- Ensure compliance with client and project-specific entry and exit protocols
- Maintain and track all active lease contracts, including vehicles, site accommodations, offices, and equipment
- Monitor lease expirations, renewal timelines, and rental payment schedules
- Maintain an accurate and centralized lease register
- Coordinate with procurement and administration for timely contract renewals or terminations
- Manage inventory of electrical testing instruments and related equipment
- Maintain calibration schedules and track certification validity and timely renewals
- Coordinate with third-party laboratories for equipment recalibration
- Implement and enforce check-in/check-out procedures for sensitive equipment
- Maintain a comprehensive asset register, including barcode tagging, location tracking, assignment status, and depreciation records
- Conduct periodic (monthly/quarterly) physical asset audits and report discrepancies, damages, or losses
- Manage vehicles, consumables, PPE, and MEP materials with defined min/max stock levels
- Maintain documentation for asset handovers, maintenance schedules, and calibration records
- Enforce asset security and custody protocols to prevent misuse or loss
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered)
- 2–4 years of experience in asset management, mobility coordination, and inventory control, preferably within MEP or electrical testing services in KSA
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Hybrid role involving both office and site-based responsibilities, including coordination with central warehouse operations
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend work for urgent mobilization, demobilization, or asset transfer requirements
