Alzheimer’s Family Center is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Mobility Manager to support our patients, families, and staff by coordinating transportation services and ensuring a smooth, safe, and reliable experience for all.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for all transportation-related matters, working closely with families, staff, and transportation providers to coordinate services, resolve issues, and support patient access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule transportation services for patients, including matching individuals with appropriate providers based on their needs
  • Serve as the main liaison between families, staff, and transportation providers, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Monitor and resolve transportation issues, complaints, and scheduling changes
  • Maintain accurate transportation records, logs, and reports, including billing and trip reconciliation
  • Support transportation-related programs, including ACCESS eligibility, community outings, and driver training initiatives
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and reporting requirements related to transportation services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patients receive safe, reliable, and appropriate transportation support
  • Provide hands-on support during high-traffic arrival and departure times to ensure patient safety

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with transportation coordination or healthcare settings is a plus

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
