We’re hiring a Mobilization Lead to oversee contract mobilization, reporting, and training for a large-scale facility management operation.

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end mobilization activities, ensure reporting compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and coordinate training programs across departments to support operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mobilization, transition, and demobilization for new contracts
  • Develop and implement mobilization plans and checklists
  • Manage mobilization budget and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting across all departments
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop SOPs and processes
  • Oversee training activities and maintain training records
  • Support team coordination, staff welfare, and business continuity
  • Identify risks and support bid proposals as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or related field
  • FMP or CFM certification is a plus
  • 10–15 years of experience in facility management
  • Strong command of English; Arabic is preferred
