Field Sales Representative
We are looking for an active and enthusiastic
Field Sales Representative
to join our team, who will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within an assigned territory.
Core Responsibilities:

Order Generation:
Conduct regular field visits to medium-to-large-sized retail stores and wholesale accounts, adhering to pre-defined routes and schedules.

Revenue Collection:
Manage the collection of payments from clients.

Logistics Coordination:
Submit orders to the warehouse for subsequent preparation and delivery.

Targeted Outlets:
Focus predominantly on medium-sized stores, large retail chains, and wholesale accounts, which typically require more consultative selling and sustained relationship management.

Operational Support:
Utilize a company vehicle for efficient travel and leverage a dedicated CRM system to log visits, track orders, manage customer data, and monitor sales performance.
Requirements and Additional Skills:

Previous Experience:
Prior experience in sales, preferably within the retail, wholesale, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.

Communication Skills:
Excellent and effective communication skills (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English.

Negotiation and Persuasion Skills:
Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade potential clients, as well as retain existing customers.

Relationship Building:
Strong skills in building and developing long-term relationships with clients.

Strategic Sales Thinking:
Ability to analyze market data and identify new opportunities for sales growth.

Target-Oriented:
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.

Commitment and Discipline:
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently within defined plans and schedules.

Valid Driving License:
(Essential requirement) and the ability to drive long distances.

Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
