Modisoft/POS System Support Specialist (Night Shift)

As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in supporting US store managers and staff by resolving POS-related issues and ensuring smooth, efficient transactions within our retail environment.

Job Description:
The Modisoft/POS Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to store managers and staff, ensuring that any issues related to Modisoft POS systems are quickly addressed and resolved. This role requires a strong understanding of POS systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to store managers and staff related to Modisoft POS system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems for POS systems.
• Train new staff members on POS usage and functionality.
• Assist store management in configuring and customizing POS settings to align with business needs.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure POS systems are functioning optimally.
• Liaise with the IT team and Modisoft support for more complex issues or software upgrades.
• Monitor and resolve POS system errors, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining POS terminals, printers, and other related devices.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Modisoft POS systems or similar POS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with store staff and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
