- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in facility design and construction environments.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Master's degree in Electrical, Structural, Mechanical, Systems and Manufacturing Engineering.
- 7 years of experience developing modular data center products.

With your technical expertise, you ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty (e.g., cooling, electrical).
As a Lead Modular Data Center Product Engineer, you will drive the design and integration of high-density, modular/prefabricated data center product portfolio. You will bridge the gap between complex structural engineering and electrical/thermal systems, transforming sophisticated concepts into factory-ready, manufacturable assets.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Engineer high-performance steel enclosures optimize module layouts, ensuring maximum density for power distribution, server racks, and cooling infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive electrical infrastructure (including UPS, BESS, and switchgear) and integrate mechanical and control systems to eliminate spatial or functional conflicts.
- Perform structural analysis for transport and installation integrity, while leading cooling solution implementation through advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling.
- Translate complex concepts into manufacturable designs and produce precision deliverables, such as single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and cable schedules.
- Direct prototype development, oversee factory witness testing and commissioning, provide ongoing technical support, and ensure compliance with UL and NFPA standards.
