Modular Home Sales/Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Modular Home Sales position at Avalon Building Systems, Inc. As a Sales/Designer you will:

• Work with incoming leads, providing information about our modular structures.
• Guide potential clients with the design of their new modular home.
• Work with our partner factories to create detailed project specifications.
• Provide estimates and quotes.
• Create project designs.
• Create and complete sales agreements and contracts.
• Apply for HERS ratings and permits.
• Manage the life of the clients project.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of computer drawing as well as design is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Sales, or related field preferred

The successful candidate will have demonstrated strengths and skills in the following areas:

• Proven ability to close sales.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess strong organizational skills; be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail is a critical.
• Modular sales and/or design experience is helpful.

This is a full-time on site position. Base Salary based upon experience plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
