MOH Internal Medicine Specialist (Female) - Commission Based Only

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive consultations and expert management of both acute and chronic medical conditions, tailored to the specific needs of VIP patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Uphold medical ethics, protect patient confidentiality, and maintain a consistently high level of professionalism
• Communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant medical documentation in accordance with DHA/MOH regulations and internal protocols
• Collaborate closely with nursing, administrative, and support teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience
• Stay current with advancements and evidence-based practices in internal medicine, ensuring ongoing compliance with DHA and MOH standards

Candidate Requirements

• Valid DHA or MOH License or Eligibility Letter – must be current at the time of application
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in a private or VIP healthcare setting
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a well-groomed, professional appearance and a patient-centered approach
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care and discretion
