Job Summary:
We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to support accreditation operations in coordination with Ministry of Interior (MOI) requirements. The role involves assisting applicants, verifying documentation, and ensuring smooth processing of accreditation credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist applicants with MOI accreditation procedures
- Verify identification documents and supporting paperwork
- Enter and update applicant information in the accreditation system
- Coordinate with security and compliance teams
- Handle inquiries and resolve applicant issues professionally
- Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accreditation, administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office & data entry systems)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Working Conditions:
- Shift-based work
- May require weekend or extended hours
