Mold Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead mold structure improvement, innovation, and implementation initiatives at the factory;

2. Oversee the development and review of mold-related projects, including DR reviews and implementation of new mold drawings;

3. Establish, maintain, and update the comprehensive mold ledger for the Economic Development Zone;

4. Organize timely analysis of recurring failures or major mold defects, implement condition monitoring, and develop corrective maintenance plans;

5. Participate in inspection, trial production, and acceptance of replicated molds, new molds, and mold-related projects;

6. Oversee auditing, allocation, transfer, and acceptance of in-house mold assets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, fluent in English;

2. Major in mechanical engineering or related fields;

3. Familiarity with the entire mold manufacturing process and fundamental ability to independently analyze customer requirements.
