Money Market & Fixed Income Officer

The Associate Money Market & Fixed Income supports the division’s daily operational activities. This role ensures the seamless execution of key tasks, maintains accurate documentation and facilitates effective communication across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Support the Fund Manager with daily operational activities and portfolio monitoring. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while reviewing legal documentation.
• Portfolio Management: Assist the Fund Manager in analyzing investment opportunities in the money market sector. Execute buy and sell orders while ensuring strict compliance with regulations.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities. Based on the findings, prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Client Relations: Address client inquiries related to fund performance and investment strategies. Assist in preparing reports and communications to ensure transparency.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies are adhered to. Proactively monitor and manage fund risk exposure to mitigate financial risk.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the Fund Manager, internal departments, external partners, and service providers to ensure seamless operation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in financial services, preferably in asset management or investment banking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and investment strategies.
• CME-1 and CME-4 certifications
