Monitoring & Mentoring Officer

Qualification

Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in monitoring, training and development, preferably in an educational context.

Responsibilities

• Conducting classroom observations to assess teacher performance, the application of training materials, and the integration of AI tools into teaching practices.
• Providing one-on-one mentoring and coaching to teachers, offering constructive feedback, addressing challenges, and supporting their continuous professional growth.
• Supporting teachers in effectively using the LMS and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning in their classrooms.
• Monitoring the progress of teachers during follow-up visits and ensuring they are applying learned content in the classroom context.
• Collaborating with Master Trainers to ensure consistency in training implementation and adapting strategies based on field observations.
• Leading in Baseline Student Assessment activity and the final student assessment activity
• Collect data for ongoing student and teacher evaluations, including conducting post-training assessments and gathering feedback from teachers on the training program’s effectiveness.
• Providing regular reports on the progress of teachers, including challenges, successes, and any further support needed.
• Supporting the transition of training content into real-time classroom practices and helping teachers adjust their pedagogical methods as needed.
• Ensuring teachers are confident in using technology and AI-based teaching strategies to improve student learning outcomes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Rs5,000.00 per day
