<Duties>

• Develop custom monogram designs based on client specifications, ensuring each piece is unique and visually compelling
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design preferences, themes, and branding requirements
• Utilize design software and tools to create detailed digital mockups of monograms for review and approval
• Maintain consistency in style, font selection, color schemes, and overall aesthetics across all projects
• Review final designs for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project guidelines before production
• Assist in selecting appropriate materials and techniques for monogram application or embroidery
• Support the production team by providing clear design instructions and troubleshooting any design-related issues

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative fields with a strong portfolio showcasing monogram or logo work
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics, symmetry, and precision
• Strong communication skills to interpret client needs effectively and provide clear feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of different materials and techniques used in monogram application is a plus
