Prime Blessings School is seeking a qualified and nurturing Montessori Directress to join our Pre-Primary team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to create a joyful, engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons following Montessori methodology.
• Maintain a well-prepared, child-centered classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s individual development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with staff.
• Foster independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certification in Montessori Education (AMI / AMS / equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Montessori Directress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
