Montessori Lead Teacher

Position: Montessori Lead Teacher (Pre-Primary)
Location: BDW International School, Shillong

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver Montessori-based curriculum for children aged - years.
• Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and classroom environment.
• Observe children’s development and document progress.
• Work closely with assistants and other staff.
• Communicate with parents about the Montessori philosophy, child’s progress, and classroom policies.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Teacher Certification (recognized institute) with practicum.
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / related field.
• Minimum ___ years experience in Montessori pre-primary settings.
• Strong classroom management, creative, patient, child-centric approach.
• Good spoken & written English; willingness to collaborate.
