Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Montessori 6-9 Lead Teacher located in Cairo, Egypt. The Montessori Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles, guiding students in their academic, social, and emotional growth. Day-to-day tasks include preparing learning materials, facilitating classroom activities, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to meet unique learner needs. The lead teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, communicate with families, and contribute to a vibrant learning community that values cultural diversity and global perspectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Certification in Montessori education or equivalent teaching qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Experience working in a multicultural or international education setting is a plus
• Fluency in English.
