Primary Teacher ( Year 3)

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for Year 3 to join our dedicated team at GEMS - TBS (The British School El-Rehab). Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that align with the curriculum for Year 3 students
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of all students, ensuring their academic and emotional development
• Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning experience
• Create a welcoming classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love for learning
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and encouraging parental involvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a cohesive educational experience and engage in ongoing curriculum development
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay informed and improve teaching practices
• Support students' social and emotional growth while fostering positive behavior and classroom dynamics
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Holds a valid teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a primary setting, preferably within an international or British curriculum environment
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative practice
