Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and patient Montessori Teacher who believes in hands-on learning and holistic child development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in implementing Montessori principles and creating a calm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with Montessori philosophy and curriculum.
• Prepare and organize Montessori materials to support independent learning.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, documenting developmental milestones.
• Foster curiosity, responsibility, and respect among children.
• Create a peaceful, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student growth.
• Participate in teacher training programs and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Ed preferred).
• Montessori training certification from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A nurturing, empathetic, and creative approach toward young learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
