Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and nurturing Preschool Centre Head to lead and manage our preschool operations in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills, with a deep understanding of early childhood education and child development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the preschool, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise teachers and support staff; monitor teaching standards and classroom activities.
• Ensure implementation of the preschool curriculum and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents and address their queries effectively.
• Plan and organize school events, parent meetings, and celebrations.
• Manage admissions, attendance, and overall center performance.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education / Early Childhood Education / Psychology or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in preschool teaching or administration (experience as a coordinator or head preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Warm, child-friendly personality with a caring attitude.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital record-keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
