Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Montessori-based early childhood education to children aged 2–6 years

• Plan and implement lessons aligned with Montessori philosophy and the school’s learning goals

• Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages independence and creativity

• Observe, assess, and document each child’s growth and learning journey

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure holistic development and support for every child

• Participate in professional development and school community events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an early childhood or Montessori classroom

• Recognized Montessori Diploma (AMI, AMS, or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong organizational and classroom management abilities

• Passionate about early years education, with a nurturing and positive attitude

• Open to applicants of all nationalities
