Montessori Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to work with children aged 2–5 years, focusing on right brain development, phonics reading, and cognitive skill building. The ideal candidate will create a joyful, stimulating learning environment that supports early literacy, creativity, memory, focus, and overall brain development during the most critical learning years.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons focused on right brain development, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic activities
• Teach phonics-based reading skills using engaging, play-based, and multi-sensory methods
• Support the development of cognitive skills such as memory, attention, problem-solving, language, and logical thinking
• Use storytelling, music, movement, flashcards, games, and creative play to enhance learning
• Observe, assess, and track each child’s developmental progress
• Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents about children’s progress and learning milestones
• Collaborate with other educators to plan and improve curriculum

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 2–5 years
• Background in early childhood education, child development, or a related field (certification preferred)
• Knowledge or training in right brain development techniques (e.g., multi-sensory learning, whole-brain learning, visual memory activities)
• Familiarity with phonics-based reading instruction
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Patient, energetic, creative, and genuinely passionate about early childhood learning

Preferred Skills

• Training in Montessori, play-based learning, or brain-based education
• Ability to use songs, movement, and visual tools effectively
• Experience with early literacy programs
