Job Title: Montessori Teacher (Ed-Tech Platform)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and certified Montessori Teacher to join our growing Ed-Tech learning platform. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging, child-centered digital learning experiences aligned with Montessori philosophy, using modern technology and interactive tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Montessori-based online lessons for early childhood learners (ages 2.5–6).
• Create interactive digital learning content, activities, and assessments.
• Adapt Montessori materials for virtual classrooms and LMS platforms.
• Conduct live online classes and recorded sessions.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with content, curriculum, and tech teams to improve learning modules.
• Maintain a positive, nurturing, and inclusive online learning environment.
• Use digital tools (LMS, video platforms, presentations) effectively.

Requirements

• Montessori Teaching Diploma/Certification (AMI / AMS or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Montessori teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child-centered pedagogy.
• Experience in online teaching or Ed-Tech platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Creative, patient, and tech-friendly mindset.
