Job Title: Pre School Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Use various teaching methods, resources, and technology to enhance learning.
• Identify and support students with special educational needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Foster students’ moral, social, and personal development alongside academic growth.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience (fresh graduates with teaching practice experience may be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and organize learning resources.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and classroom technology.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (specific hours as per school policy).
• May be required to attend events or activities outside regular school hours.
