Montessori Teacher (Female)

Job Title: Montessori Main Teacher

Department: Academics

 To implement the Montessori Curriculum utilizing the recognized and Institutional approved developmentally appropriate Montessori practices.

 To inculcate Sunnah etiquettes; impart religious knowledge, and personal grooming of the students.

 To create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that challenges and empowers students to excel and reach their full potential in the developmental areas, following Montessori philosophy, policies and procedures.

 To direct the students' activities academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment along with real-life experiences and integrated teaching.

 To develop lesson plans that manage the learning experiences for students to ensure the needs of the groups and individual students are met.

 To develop effective relationships with parents, to discuss and understand the child’s progress.

 To communicate with parents effectively in both verbal and written format and encourage parent participation in special assemblies, events, and meetings such as PTMs, PT conferences, etc.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement

 Good communication skills

 Good Montessori/Early Years subject knowledge

 Ability to keep the Montessori / preschool environment to the required standard  Analyze assessment data

 Ability to make supplemental Montessori materials for the classroom

 Sound knowledge of Faraidh and Wajibaat

Experience At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

Educational Qualification Preferably Graduate and Montessori Diploma/ECE diploma/degree Minimum Intermediate and Montessori Diploma/ECE diploma/degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
