Early Year Teacher (Female)

Job description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing educational environment to teach English and GK to KGII students. The ideal candidate will have relevant teaching experience with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development principles. A Montessori qualification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with early years learning objectives.

* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.

* Observe and assess children’s development and learning progress.

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

* Promote independence, creativity, and social skills among children.

* Maintain accurate and timely records of student development.

Requirements:

Proven experience in early childhood education (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Certification or diploma in Early Years Education or a related field.

Montessori certification is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Passionate about working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
