JOB SUMMARY:

Futuristic International is seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated MONTESSORI TEACHER to join our institution. The ideal candidate should be trained in Montessori methods and committed to providing a nurturing, child-centered learning environment that supports holistic early childhood development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement Montessori teaching methods and principles in the classroom.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences.
• Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress.
• Encourage independence, creativity, and social development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field and Diploma in Montessori Training (MANDATORY).
• Proven experience as a Montessori Teacher preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and practices.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and classroom organization skills.
