Montessori Teacher

• Prepare and Maintain the Learning Environment

Arrange a clean, organized, and child-centered classroom with appropriate Montessori materials that encourage independence and exploration.

• Guide Rather Than Direct

Act as a facilitator by observing students and guiding them individually, rather than giving traditional direct instruction.

• Observe and Assess Student Progress

Carefully observe each child to understand their developmental stage, interests, and learning needs, and adjust lessons accordingly.

• Demonstrate Use of Montessori Materials

Introduce and model how to properly use learning materials, ensuring children understand how to work with them independently.

• Foster Independence and Respect

Encourage self-discipline, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and respect for others within the classroom community.
