Montessori Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team at Kids World Village Nursery, Dubai Jumierah Village Circle and Kids World International Nursery International city. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy and teaching methods. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's independence and natural curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement the Montessori curriculum and activities

- Observe and assess children’s progress

- Foster a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment

- Communicate effectively with parents and staff

- Support children's emotional and social development

Qualifications:

- Montessori certification is required

- Previous experience working with young children in a Montessori setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patient, caring, and creative approach to teaching

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
