Montessori Teacher Trainer & Coordinator

We are looking for a Montessori Coordinator who is passionate about early childhood education and has strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Train and guide Montessori teachers in effective teaching methodologies.
• Conduct engaging classroom activities for children according to Montessori philosophy.
• Plan and manage syllabus breakdown for smooth academic progress.
• Address parents’ concerns and provide solutions for their queries.
• Ensure quality teaching standards and maintain a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in Montessori teaching/coordination.
• Ability to manage teachers, students, and parents effectively.
