Montessori Trained Teacher

We are looking to hire 2 Montessori Trained Teachers to join our vibrant and nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidates will be passionate about child development, with strong communication skills, and an ability to engage with young learners in a creative and supportive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a prepared environment that encourages self-directed learning.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs.
• Foster independence, creativity, and curiosity in the classroom.
• Provide age-appropriate materials and facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Teaching Certification (from a recognized Montessori training institution).
• Proven experience in a Montessori environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with young children and in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
