We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Morning Part-time Infant Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster early childhood development and literacy skills
• Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the morning hours
• Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and play activities in accordance with best practices in toddler care
• Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation among children
• Collaborate with colleagues to design engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles and early intervention strategies
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns about their welfare
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports classroom management and child welfare standards

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, especially with infants or toddlers
• Knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education practices including curriculum development and classroom management
• Familiarity with special education needs and early intervention techniques is a plus
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to follow structured lesson planning while adapting to individual child needs
• Certification or training in childcare, early childhood education or related fields preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and best practices in daycare environments
