Moroccan Bath Technician – Job Description

Position Summary

The Moroccan Bath Technician is responsible for providing professional Hammam (Moroccan bath) services to clients, ensuring a high standard of hygiene, relaxation, and rejuvenation. This role requires strong knowledge of traditional techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to deliver a luxurious spa experience aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform authentic Moroccan bath treatments, including body exfoliation, scrubbing, and cleansing rituals.
• Prepare the treatment area, products, and tools before each service, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Consult with clients about skin type, preferences, and any health concerns before starting treatments.
• Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
• Promote aftercare advice, skincare products, and additional spa services when appropriate.
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the service.
• Monitor stock levels of Moroccan bath supplies and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Follow daily schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and readiness for each client.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and products.

Qualifications & Skills

• Female Candidate Only
• Proven experience as a Moroccan Bath Technician or Hammam specialist.
• Knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath techniques, skin exfoliation, and body care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments that may require physical effort.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Basic knowledge of skincare products is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
