Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Moroccan Female Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Arabic and a passion for sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:

• Moroccan nationality preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills
• Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
