Mortgage Admin & Coordinator

We are seeking a Mortgage Admin and Coordinator to manage and support the full mortgage process. This role combines administrative responsibilities with client coordination, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth workflow management, and effective communication between clients, banks, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and verify client documents for mortgage applications.
  • Maintain organized records and databases of mortgage files.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process.
  • Track applications, approvals, and deadlines to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues or requests.
  • Assist clients in understanding documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports on application status, pipeline, and team workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE mortgage regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in mortgage coordination, administration, or related financial services in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (CRM systems is a plus).
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
