Mortgage Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to manage and grow our home finance portfolio across UAE banks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire mortgage journey from initial eligibility assessment to final disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage products (ready, off-plan, self-employed, expat profiles)
• Conduct initial eligibility and affordability assessments
• Collect, verify, and submit client documentation
• Coordinate with real estate agents and internal teams
• Track applications and follow up until final approval and disbursement
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high customer service standards and relationship management

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in UAE mortgages
• Strong understanding of DBR, LTV, credit policy, and bank requirements
• Experience handling self-employed and expat profiles preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases under timelines
