Job Overview

We are a growing mortgage brokerage firm in Dubai seeking an experienced and target-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with UAE mortgage experience who can manage the full loan process — from client acquisition to final disbursement — while building strong relationships with banks and real estate partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on home finance and refinancing options
• Conduct eligibility assessments based on UAE bank policies
• Structure mortgage solutions tailored to client profiles
• Source new clients through brokers, developers, referrals & networking
• Handle mortgage process from pre-approval to disbursement
• Coordinate with banks and relationship managers
• Follow up consistently to ensure timely approvals
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and case updates
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years UAE mortgage experience or banking experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE bank policies and mortgage procedures
• Existing broker / banker network preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation & closing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
