We’re on the lookout for a Mortgage Consultant who’s passionate about finance, thrives on helping people, and knows how to navigate the ins and outs of mortgage lending. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 desk job. You’ll be out meeting clients, visiting partner banks, and actively creating opportunities. What You’ll Do:

• Assess clients’ financial status and property requirements to recommend suitable mortgage solutions
• Provide information on available mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment terms
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable mortgage deals
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage laws, central bank regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and clients
• Follow up on client inquiries, pre-approvals, and approvals in a timely manner
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records
• Create reports and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate sales
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Stellar people skills and superb communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a solutions-first attitude
• General understanding of the UAE real estate and financial services industry
• Multilingual candidates are preferred
