Mortgage Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Mortgage Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE mortgage industry and a strong ability to build client relationships, generate business, and guide customers through the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and financing solutions.
• Assess customer requirements and eligibility for home financing.
• Generate and convert leads through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and banking partners.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to approval and disbursement.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage options for clients.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of required documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE mortgage experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proven sales and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
