Job Overview:
Biz Growth Management Consultancy is seeking a motivated and result-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating mortgage leads, advising clients on suitable mortgage products, and closing deals with banks and financial institutions in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and generate mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Advise clients on mortgage options, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Assess client financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for approvals and processing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and developers
• Follow up on applications to ensure smooth and timely approvals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline status

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mortgage advisory, banking, real estate finance(UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and banking procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on a commission-driven model
• Strong networking and client acquisition skills
• Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure
