About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our growing mortgage consultancy. The ideal candidate should have experience in UAE mortgages, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the entire home financing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify mortgage leads.
• Understand clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Compare mortgage products from different banks.
• Assist clients with documentation and application processing.
• Coordinate with banks, developers, and real estate agents.
• Follow up with clients until loan disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAE mortgage sales or banking.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and banking regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
