Role Overview

The Mortgage Advisor is responsible for assisting clients in securing suitable mortgage solutions by understanding their financial needs and guiding them through the end-to-end mortgage process. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience while supporting the company’s growth through effective lead conversion and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Sales

• Advise clients on mortgage products based on their financial profile and property requirements
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful mortgage applications
• Provide tailored financing solutions for both residents and non-residents
• Maintain strong follow-up to ensure high conversion rates

Mortgage Processing & Coordination

• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process from application to disbursement
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal sales teams
• Track application status and ensure timely updates to clients
• Ensure smooth documentation and submission processes

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

• Stay updated with UAE mortgage products, interest rates, and lending policies
• Compare and recommend competitive mortgage options from partner banks
• Educate clients on eligibility, costs, and repayment structures

Compliance & Documentation

• Verify client documents including income proof, bank statements, and KYC documents
• Ensure all applications meet regulatory and bank requirements
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards

Customer Experience

• Deliver a seamless and transparent mortgage journey
• Provide regular updates and proactive communication
• Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with real estate agents, sales teams, and developers
• Coordinate with bank relationship managers and credit teams
• Support internal teams in closing property transactions through financing solutions

Key RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 1–5+ years of experience in mortgage is a must
• Experience in UAE mortgage market is preferred

• Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending processes
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
