About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and competitive Property Advisors to join our secondary market team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and are passionate about closing deals in the resale property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Buy, sell, and lease secondary market properties across Dubai
• Build and manage a strong portfolio of listings
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Negotiate and close high-value deals
• Provide clients with expert market insights and investment advice
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate or strong sales background
• Proven track record in sales or deal closures is a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• UAE driving license preferred
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
