Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Agent. The role involves assisting clients in purchasing, renting, or selling properties, providing professional market insights, and conducting property viewings. The Real Estate Agent will also develop client relationships and maintain a network of landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, while staying up-to-date with current real estate trends and regulations. Daily responsibilities will include negotiating property contracts and ensuring compliance with all applicable legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year Real Estate Experience in UAE
• Proven skills in Real Estate and Real Property market knowledge.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations is a highly beneficial asset.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or others are a plus).
