Mortgage Advisor / Home Loan Consultant
You’ll act as a financial consultant helping clients secure home loans by connecting them with UAE banks and lenders. The role is highly sales-driven + advisory-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads (through property clients, referrals, or cold outreach)
- Advise customers on:
- Home loans
- Interest rates
- Eligibility criteria
- Compare mortgage products across UAE banks
- Assist clients with:
- Pre-approval process
- Documentation
- Application submission
- Coordinate with banks for approvals and follow-ups
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain relationships with:
- Banks
- Real estate agents
- Internal sales teams
Required Skills
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of UAE mortgage market (preferred)
- Good communication (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under targets & commission structure
- CRM usage and client management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance / Business preferred)
- Experience:
- 1–5+ years in mortgages / banking / real estate sales
- Freshers sometimes considered for junior roles
Salary & Benefits (Dubai market)
- Fixed salary: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000
- Commission: High earning potential (can exceed salary)
