We’re Hiring: Mortgage Advisor | Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UAE

- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, lenders, and regulations

- Experience working with banks, developers, and real estate brokers

- Excellent communication and client-management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage the full mortgage process

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on suitable mortgage and financing solutions

- Assess client eligibility and financial profiles

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure mortgage approvals

- Manage documentation, applications, and follow-ups end-to-end

- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
