Key Responsibilities

* Advise clients on home finance and refinancing options

* Conduct eligibility assessments based on UAE bank policies

* Structure mortgage solutions tailored to client profiles

* Source new clients through brokers, developers, referrals & networking

* Handle mortgage process from pre-approval to disbursement

* Coordinate with banks and relationship managers

* Follow up consistently to ensure timely approvals

* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and case updates

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years UAE mortgage experience or banking experience

* Strong knowledge of UAE bank policies and mortgage procedures

* Existing broker / banker network preferred

* Strong sales, negotiation & closing skills

* Target-driven and self-motivated

* Excellent communication and client-handling skills

* Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
