Mortgage Consultant

Experience: 1–5 years (UAE mortgage experience preferred)

Role Overview

The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on home finance options, assessing eligibility, preparing mortgage applications, and coordinating with banks, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. The role requires strong financial product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on mortgage products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Assess clients’ financial profiles and recommend suitable home finance options.
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage lenders, and real estate developers.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with banks for approvals, valuations, and final offer letters.
• Guide clients through the full mortgage process from pre-approval to disbursement.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UAE mortgage policies, bank guidelines, interest rate trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking and referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Achieve monthly mortgage targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in mortgage advisory or home finance (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations, banking procedures, and credit assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
