Mortgage Advisor Required

About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable, driven, and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the mortgage process, provide expert financial advice, and ensure a seamless and transparent home-financing experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, UAE mortgage market expertise, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional mortgage consultation and recommend suitable home-finance solutions based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assess clients’ financial backgrounds, creditworthiness, and documentation to determine the best mortgage options.
• Manage end-to-end mortgage applications, including pre-approvals, submissions, follow-ups, final approvals and disbursals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, real estate agents, and other industry partners.
• Stay updated on UAE mortgage products, interest rates, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on costs, terms, processes, and repayment structures to ensure clarity and transparency.
• Monitor market trends to offer clients timely insights and proactive advice.
• Achieve monthly targets related to mortgage volume, approvals, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mortgage advisory, banking, real estate finance, or related fields within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations, bank policies, and the property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess mortgage eligibility.
• Established network with banks and real estate partners is a plus.
• Drivers License and Car
